ROOFING GENERAL/PRODUCTION MANAGER

 Full Time Employment opportunity with well-established and highly respected full- service roofing company in Los Angeles County.  Commercial & Residential projects for high end clientele.  Shingles, Tile, Coating Systems, Single-Ply PVC and TPO, Modified Bitumen, and Standing Seam Metal.

 Work closely with, and report to company owners/contractor. Professional personality with ability to interact with clients.

 General Manager will manage and supervise roofing crews on multiple projects, and manage job sites.  Assign crew members to daily job assignments. Turn in weekly production report forms which allocate employee hours to job sites.

Enforce quality control of installations and repairs. Monitor employee work habits and provide guidance and training.  Adhere to established project labor budgets.  Pick up miscellaneous extra materials and supplies as needed. 

 Inspect and accurately measure prospective job sites.  Order and schedule material deliveries.

 Inspect, analyze and prepare work orders for leak repairs

 Oversee duties of Safety Coordinator/Assistant Manager and weekly safety meetings.  

 Monitor and maintain inventory at jobsites and warehouse.

Oversee maintenance of company vehicles. 

Warehouse and offices located in Gardena, CA (Los Angeles County)

Requirements

Qualified responsible and organized applicant will have at least 10 years of full-time journeyman roofing experience including supervisory and management skills. Spanish bi-lingual.

Must have own reliable transportation to report to office/warehouse each day to meet with and assign crew to daily assignments. Work Truck and tools/equipment provided.  

Minimum High School Diploma

Good Math and Communication Skills, Professional Demeanor.
