You will be responsible for leading ateam of roofers overseeing installation, inspections, maintenance and repairs of a variety of roofing systems.

Roofing Foreman Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for interpreting blueprints and specs to plan installation tasks
• Responsible for conducting inspections
• Responsible for coordinating with project managers and clients
• Troubleshooting issues

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 5+ years of roofing experience in residential and/or commercial projects

• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory roofing role

• Proven experience with multiple roofing systems and materials

• Familiarity with local building codes and roofing regulations
